Ahhh, spring. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it’s the perfect time to bring friends out of hibernation and throw a lively spring cocktail party. With an incredible selection of fresh, seasonal produce, our catering team created versatile drinks that mix and match with a variety of menu options for your special event. They also make a big visual impact to impress your guests – not to mention taste delicious!
The first up is the Spring Rose. We mix gin, Ruby Red grapefruit juice and then garnish with an edible flower. It’s a gorgeous addition to any daytime event or outdoor soiree.
Our next pick is a refreshing Cucumber Tonic, which only improves upon the classic gin and tonic. We added fresh lime juice, cucumber, and a little simple syrup. Day or night, casual or fancy, this sophisticated cocktail works in a variety of occasions.
The third and perhaps most lethal option is the Berry Blush. Don’t let the name fool you – this drink packs tequila, ginger ale, raspberries and citrus for that perfect sweet-tart finish. You can’t beat this for an evening event.
